          Stress, allergies, dehydration, stress, and even your diet can all cause different kinds of headaches. Although there are treatments for headaches, they are still a pain, especially if they are persistent. They not only have the potential to disrupt your day and your sleep, but also to leave you feeling drowsy, confused, and out of sorts.


If they keep returning for more, it might be time to alter aspects of your everyday routines, including restricting how much alcohol you consume. Energy drinks 


Greene claims that a lot of energy drinks are packed with additional carbohydrates, caffeine, and herbs that are supposed to increase energy.

Although one of these beverages might give you a boost for an hour or two, Greene warns that the drying effects of caffeine and sugar might cause headaches and exhaustion during the crash.


Beer or wine



       "All alcohol is a diuretic, meaning it promotes the loss of water and electrolytes," Greene explains.

However, unlike hard liquor which might have ice or non-alcoholic liquids added to it, beer and wine may have a greater diuretic potential. This may lead to dehydration and headaches.


Fruit juices





Fruit juices can include a lot of sugar, which directly affects the nervous system, according to Greene.


In addition, Greene warns that juicing alone—without meals or other liquids—will trigger a sharp rise and fall in blood sugar levels. The fast fluctuation in blood sugar will likely promote a headache.


Try switching to cold-pressed juices composed primarily of vegetables, which tend to be higher in fibre and lower in sugar than fruits, if you want to enjoy a juice without all the added sugar. Just be certain there are no additional sweets. Fruits and vegetables should be the only ingredients, with no fillers or preservatives.


Coffee


There may be drawbacks to skipping your morning coffee. Additionally, if you're used to the caffeine in the morning, you might require it to get through the remainder of the day. However, there is a drawback to consuming excessive amounts of coffee.

One cup of coffee may actually be beneficial for treating a headache, but more than two cups may be a formula for a severe headache, according to Greene.

Greene claims that caffeine causes blood arteries to constrict. Blood vessels will enlarge as caffeine leaves the body. Then, the escalating blood pressure may result in what is referred to as a "caffeine withdrawal headache."
