Although there are treatments for headaches, they are still a pain, especially if they are persistent. They not only have the potential to disrupt your day and your sleep, but also to leave you feeling drowsy, confused, and out of sorts.

However, unlike hard liquor which might have ice or non-alcoholic liquids added to it, beer and wine may have a greater diuretic potential. This may lead to dehydration and headaches.
Fruit juices
Fruit juices can include a lot of sugar, which directly affects the nervous system, according to Greene.
In addition, Greene warns that juicing alone—without meals or other liquids—will trigger a sharp rise and fall in blood sugar levels. The fast fluctuation in blood sugar will likely promote a headache.
Try switching to cold-pressed juices composed primarily of vegetables, which tend to be higher in fibre and lower in sugar than fruits, if you want to enjoy a juice without all the added sugar. Just be certain there are no additional sweets. Fruits and vegetables should be the only ingredients, with no fillers or preservatives.
